01 – Award Winning White Rock Financial Plan
Morello supported Brentwood Advisory on the creation of the Award Winning White Rock Financial Plan. Our experience at communicating complex subject matters helped ensure the Plan was easy to read and understand and looked stunning. The finished Plan was praised by council and won the GFOA Distinguished Budget Award 2022.
02 – Award Winning Asset Management Plan
We provided communication, graphic design, and PR support to the Municipality of Oak Bay on the creation of their award winning Sustainability Infrastructure Replacement Plan. The interactive report was well received and praised by council for being the best ‘draft report’ they’d seen. Morello provided additional support on the creation of Oak Bay’s successful 2022 UBCM Excellence in Asset Management Award submission.
03 – Online Pension Modeler Applications
For the past five years Morello Communications Inc has been supporting a large Seattle based corporate consultancy on the development of their online Pension Plan Modeler applications. These tools have been developed to support both publicly and privately funded pension plans. Our work includes; research, UI/UX design development, software development, quality assurance, and project management. Since the start of the initial project in 2017 we have been contracted to develop six other tools including multiple employee benefit calculators.
04 – Oak Bay Explanatory Video
Morello developed an explanatory video as part of Oak Bay’s roll out of their Sustainability Infrastructure Replacement Plan. The video provides Oak Bay residents with an overview of the Plan to help them understand it’s purpose and what it means to them.
05 – Development Tracker Video
When the municipality of Oak Bay launched their development tracker tool, they asked Morello to develop an explanatory video to help inform residents about the tool’s purpose and how to use it.
